I'm an Executive Coach and Organizational Development Consultant with 15+ years driving meaningful change inside global brands, nonprofits, and startups.
My path has been anything but traditional — from leading wilderness and international service learning trips, to building a Social Enterprise in Namibia, to leading Social Impact programs at adidas, Discord, Yahoo and Columbia Sportswear. I've always believed that business can be a powerful force for good, when led with intention.
As a Certified Integral Coach, I work at the intersection of leadership, purpose, and systems-level change — helping leaders and organizations build cultures and programs that are equitable, human-centered, and built to last.
